Set in the, glorious Northumbrian countryside, just a mile from the sea, these two comfortable, well-appointed cottages offer everything needed for a good family holiday. Both are tastefully decorated and are maintained to high standards.
Two Cottages:
Dunstanburgh View (For up to 4 guests)
Dunstanburgh View has two double bedrooms, one with twin beds, both with built-in wardrobes. There is also a room leading off the sitting room, which can be used as a study. A cot and high chair are available. There is car parking for two or three cars.
Seascape (For up to 6 guests)
Seascape has three double bedrooms, one with twin beds, each with wardrobes. There is a toilet downstairs together with a sun porch and the kitchen has a diswasher. A cot and high chair are available, and there is a garage attached to the cottage. There is ample car parking.
Facilities for Both Cottages
They both have a kitchen dining room, running the breadth of the building, giving views to front and back. The kitchens both have fully fitted units, electric cookers, automatic washing machines, tumble dryers, microwave ovens, refrigerators, toasters, kettles and pine dining suites. They are fully equipped, to 4 Keys Commended grading with E.T.B., and the only thing a holidaymaker needs to bring are towels.
All bed linen is provided at no extra charge. The comfortable sitting rooms have fitted carpets, seating for six people, and a colour television with Video/DVD. The well appointed bathrooms have modern white suites with a shower, airing cupboards and immersion heaters.
Both cottages are double glazed and have gas central heating with a gas fire in each sitting room. All electricity runs from a £1.00 meter.
